If you purchased RevitalVision through a clinic, please contact the clinic directly for their refund policy.

For customers who purchased directly from RevitalVision, we provide a 14-day free trial for all new customers:

1. Credit Card Details: Credit card information is required at sign-up. No charges will be made during the trial period.
2. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel anytime during the trial without incurring charges.
3. Cancellation Process: To avoid being charged, simply send your cancellation request to info@revitalvision.com before the trial ends.

Automatic Conversion: If you do not cancel within the trial period, the trial will automatically convert to a paid plan. Your credit card will be charged, and the program's start date will be the same as the free trial's start date
